Features available to multiple managers

The user who installs the Socioh app will be the Admin of your store on Socioh.

The Admin can invite additional team members, who are Managers.

Admins can invite or remove managers at any time (go to Settings --> Users and Permissions --> Shop Roles).

Managers will not be able to perform the following functions:

  1. Make any change to subscriptions or payment methods - subscribe, unsubscribe, upgrade or downgrade the subscription plan, or change the payment method connected to the account.

  2. Shop removal - managers cannot remove their stores from Socioh or add additional stores.

  3. Invite or remove additional managers - managers can't invite additional users to join the team on Socioh, nor can they remove other team members.
