Automatic sync and catalog update

If you've added new products to your store AFTER you have created your Branded Catalog and are wondering what happens now, then don't worry. 

Socioh syncs with your store every 24 hours. 

So, if your Catalog includes All Products /  Select Categories* then they'll be updated in your Catalog automatically once the Socioh account syncs with your store. 

(*If the new products belong to the selected categories)

But if you want them to be reflected immediately then follow these steps: 

1. Log in to your Socioh account. 

2. Click on Resync under your store's name on the top right corner to update your Socioh dashboard and FB Catalog 

Give it a couple of minutes or say 15, depending on the number of products, and the Catalog will be updated automatically.
