Socioh automatically imports your products from your connected store (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.). These products are then available on your dashboard, to be added into your marketing plans, Branded Catalogs and any other campaigns you create.  

Typically, your inventory is synced with Socioh every few hours (within an outer limit of 24 hours), depending on the plan you are subscribed to, and any existing Branded Catalogs and campaigns you have created are automatically updated based on it.

However, any products that you’ve added to your store or updated since your last resync will not appear in your Socioh dashboard. 

If you cannot see all your products, this may be due to several reasons:

  1. Your subscription plan limits the number of products you can import into Socioh, limiting the inventory synced with Socioh.

  2. Your products are inactive or sold out, or they are not properly tagged to the relevant category being pulled into the catalog. Check that your products are available and tagged correctly to the relevant category - especially when creating category-specific catalogs such as for 'Dresses', 'Necklaces', or others.

  3. Your latest updates are not synced with your Socioh dashboard. If you've recently added products to your store, you can import these products immediately. Click on the Resync button under your store's name on the top left of the screen.

This will ensure that all products are correctly imported to Socioh, against current inventory in your store.

If for some reason you still cannot see all your products, please message us in app using the chat button placed at bottom right corner of your Socioh dashboard.
