Why can’t I see all the products from my store in my Socioh product selector screen?

I only see some of products in my Socioh product selector screen.

There could be 2 reasons for this:

  1. You are on the Free Plan which has a limit of 1000 products.

Socioh displays the first 1000 active products that your store's platform (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) sends to us. Please ensure that your products are active (to clarify, if these products are sold out, missing inventory, in draft state, etc., they are considered 'inactive' and will not show up).

The choice of products is entirely dependent on the e-commerce platform your store uses, and is not determined by Socioh. To import more products, please upgrade to a paid subscription.  

    2.  Your Socioh dashboard is not synced with your store.

Socioh automatically syncs data from your store every few hours, depending on the Plan that you are subscribed to. Any products that you’ve added to your store or updated since your last update will not appear in your Socioh dashboard. 

To import these products immediately, click on the Resync link under your store name on the top left of the screen.
