If you've subscribed to any of our paid plans, removing your shop from the dashboard will end your subscription. **

Here are the steps to remove your shop from Socioh: 

1. Go to your Socioh dashboard (www.socioh.com -> log in).  

2. Click on the arrow to open the menu under your store's name on the top left corner of your dashboard.

3. Now choose the store you'd like to remove (if you have multiple stores connected) and press the "Remove" prompt next to it:

And you're done!

You will now lose access to Socioh's catalogs and ad creation software.

However, you will be able to reinstall your shop if you choose.

Here's how:

1. Go to socioh.com. 

2. Log in using your Facebook personal account.

3. You'll see the option to choose the platform that you'd like to connect. Click on the platform on which you have a shop and follow the instructions.

Note - if you'd like to resume any remaining time on your subscription, please make sure you login with the same shop and Facebook account
