I've connected multiple shops. How do I switch between them?

Create marketing campaigns in more than one shop connected to Socioh

In the Socioh dashboard, you need to toggle/switch between shops to create campaigns for separate shops.

The name of the 'active' shop will be displayed on the top left corner of your dashboard.

Here's how you can switch between shops.

  1. Click on the arrow/menu under your Shop name, and you'll see a dropdown with a list of stores you've connected to Socioh:

2. Click on the shop you want to create a campaign or catalog in and we'll automatically switch to it.
