You can do this from the 'Settings' tab. 

1. Go to the ‘Settings’ tab in your Socioh dashboard.

2. Click on ‘Social Channels’.
3. Select the channel for which you’d like to make changes.
4. Click on ‘Disconnect’ under ‘Connected Account’. 

5. Click on the blue ‘Connect’ button and follow instructions for that social channel. 

And you're done!
