Data in your dashboard automatically syncs with your shop every 24 hours. To view updated shop information like price, new products, or availability immediately in your dashboard, please resync your shop manually. Here's how:
Go to your Socioh dashboard. (www.socioh.com -> log in)
Click on the arrow to open the menu under your store's name on the top left corner of your dashboard.
Now choose the store you'd like to resync (if you have multiple stores connected) and press the resync next to it:
And you're done!
